In the event of any problems in purchases, email [email protected] within 14 days from the date of purchase and exchange the product within a month.
All returns must be new, complete, in the original packaging, sealed or in a re-sellable condition, and have all tags & labels attached.
For wrong or incomplete products received (e.g., wrong size, wrong colour, different product, missing parts, broken or damaged), arrangements for verification and exchange will be done via email or an on-site transaction.
Returns and Exchanges will be permitted at The Girls’ Brigade Singapore’s (GBS) discretion.
For customised products that have been tailored to your needs, GBS will not accept the return/ exchange of such products.
Except for damaged, incomplete, or wrong shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
