Refund & Exchange Policy

Donation

All donations are non-refundable.

Goods

All goods sold are non-refundable.

In the event of any problems in purchases, email [email protected] within 14 days from the date of purchase and exchange the product within a month.

Exchange

All returns must be new, complete, in the original packaging, sealed or in a re-sellable condition, and have all tags & labels attached.

Wrong or incomplete products

For faulty or incomplete orders received (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product, missing parts, broken or damaged), arrangements for verification and exchange will be done via email or an on-site transaction.

*Returns and Exchanges will be permitted at The Girls’ Brigade Singapore’s (GBS) discretion.

Customised products

Customised products tailored to your needs cannot be returned/ exchanged.

Except for damaged, incomplete, or wrong shipping, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
